uhhh, so when its unlocked do you still pay for service, or it just means that you can jus use it on anyone network

you can use it on any network that utilizes a sim card

besides just at&t

i'm pretty sure the laws says you are only allowed to unlock your phone for personal use and turning a profit because of the unlock is prohibited. this is why those with software unlocks are so hesitant to release them to the public.
