My grand-parents eat chicken brains, chicken butt, pork ears, beef tounge, frog legs, beef intestine, chicken intestine, chicken feet, beef liver, chicken liver, that towel thingy, beef bone marrow, pork tail, pork snout(eeew), pork skin, their neighbors eats dog meat when they're drinking, this is like oceans away in Philippines. My godfather/dad's cousin barbecued a snake on a stick... they even cook water snails in coconut milk. i tasted some of them ethnic foods. man, they don't really waste them organs... they'll fry em, saute them, dip em in soy sauce...
most of them taste like chicken. i'd rather eat chicken all my life.

Thai Food is more addicting, mmmm..... Panang Beef...
