Default jet ski mask? anyone?

hey i got a jet ski, and i am damn tired of all that salt water crashing down onto my face. so i was wondering what you all wear to protect your faces from the elements.

i looked at ebay and the closest thing i saw that would be pretty useful is this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/FISH-HEDZ-MASK-F...QQcmdZViewItem

but damn! almost 100 bucks! did any of you guys find anything?

i figured all i would need is some kind of curved plastic that could sit on my forehead or hat-like object, something that could stick far enough to not bug my nose and also close enough to my forehead so taht water doesnt run down into my eyes. maybe with some kind of elastic band? some ideas PLEASE!!

haha no offense but everything you just described sounds really dorky, either suck it up or i know oakley used to make glasses called the water jackets that elastic strap and they had vents so they wouldnt fog up, other than that you could go with a helmet but thatll look kinda stupid if your out there riding in circles. What kinda of jet ski did ya get by the way i just recently sold my gp1200rs and i miss it ive been riding since i was 12 and this is the first time ive been without one

Being an ex Sea-Doo tech, I highly reccommend NOT riding in saltwater...LOL. I have seen what it does to the aluminum parts inside the pumps and motors. Not to mention not being able to see whats in the waters. I understand not everyone has a freshwater lake to go to, but just a suggestion. As far as keeping water out of your face, you are going to have to live with it or get some scuba gear...that'd look groovy, huh?

PS...Flush it out when done!!!

I hear Yamaha has the latest and greatest in dry comfort jet ski's utilizing the parts from their extensive bins. . .

It keeps you totally dry, yet you can enjoy the same (if not better) thrills that you enjoy on all of their watercraft. . .

I think they call it an R1 or something like that. . . and there's the R6 for those on a tighter budget.

Sorry. . . I had to be a punk. Maybe a scuba suit and goggles will work?

Usually a nice pair of shades will do it for me. . .

But I think Oakley makes something just for that type of use
