Logo criticism *UPDATED*
#5
To throw out some ideas:
-I'm assuming that FLEAwerks is a painting business. Is that all you do?
-What are you going to use this logo for? With it's size, it lends itself nicely to business cards. Consider making another with some contact info in one of the corners. There are lots of sites that make business cards cheap. (1000+ for $20)
-What are the sploches on the werkz side of the logo supposed to be? Maybe make them more like paint drips vs random, hard edged lines.
-Maybe make the vertical line separating FLEA and werkz a little smaller
-I'm not a fan of the kind of haloing around the werkz part. I think it would look better if it were around all letters, or none of them.
-The words FLEA and werkz are centered vertically along a center line threw both words. Maybe make them so that they are both aligned along a line along the bottom of the words.
These are just a few ideas to think of. Overall, it looks really good!

Stick to photos FLEA Jk jk..
I would do different colors, use a different color spray gun which will stand out more and possibly have a spray effect coming from the nozzle which fades in to the text making it look as if the text was just sprayed.
You can bug me to help you on this you know, I'm a photoshop wizard

Stop stealing Sheep. (lol) Your line spacing is a little big. just a little too much space between letters.
I'll agree with Ben on most of what he said...
One exception, instead of aligning all text to one line, what about offsetting "werks" ie:
FLEA
WERKS
that really sucks in straight text, but I'm sure you get the idea.
And, you've got the paint splatters on the Werks side, what about a flea (photorealistic style, not silhouette), looking like it's crawling towards your name?? (thinking prolly wouldn't work, but worth trying, no?)
Looks good overall.

I like Option 3....
But...
The angle on the spray coming out of the gun is off.
Center the second line under the logo
Take the color out of the paint splatters and make them look more like this:
Definitely looks good!
