Default Looking Up Past eBay Purchases Question

Hopefully someone can help me out.

I purchased several magazine subscriptions on eBay about 3+ months ago. Well, some of them never came and I want to go back to my won auction and tell the seller about it.

My problem is that I can't go back more than 60 days in my purchasing history.

Any suggestions?

Did you try going into your feedback rating and clicking on the item number, that should link you directly to the original auction page. You also should have recieved a invoice from the seller upon your purchase, did you keep it ? Paypal might also help you out if you need to recover your money, I have never had to file a claim with them so I'm not sure how cumbersome that might be. Let us know how it comes out.

jbrolowxb, thanks for replying!

It's not in my feedback because they haven't left feedback for me and I haven't for them.

I didn't think about searching my gmail for the invoice though. I get a lot of eBay email so it won't be all that easy to find but hey, findable at least. Thanks!

Yeah, it should be in your Paypal history, under ebay items won. After 90 days, eBay permanently deletes the listings, so it will be impossible to find the auction page.

My purchase history only goes to 60 days max. Odd.

I found the auction. I forgot what magazine it was that I ordered so I just searched my gmail with the search terms "eBay" and "congratulations".
