Football is over, now that leaves me anxious for baseball season!!! Thought I would start one of these ahead of time to see who everyone is pulling for this season, predictions, favorite players, etc. I'll get started....

Being from Katy, TX (which is right outside of Houston) I am a DIE HARD Astros fan. I am not your average fair-weather fan- it is a serious LOVE I have for them. My boyfriend and I even paid big money to go to Biggio's last game! Although I do love them, I don't think they will win the world series. With the new talent they have added to the team, I'm hoping we can at least make it to playoffs!!! I also love the Red Sox. Would LOVE to see them win it all again this season!

Im a huge Cubs fan! I am a realist though and not like a lot of cubs fans. I think we have what it takes to win the central again but not by much. I also believe that if we do make it to the playoffs we will probably lose in game 5 of divisional playoffs

You know, A lot of people I meet that find out I am a cubs fan say that I must hate the White Sox. I don't, I really don't care about them except for 6 games or so a year. I care about the Cards, Brewers, Astros, etc.

I'm pulling for my Yankees as usual, but I'm just sitting here in awe at how the Mets got Santana, and we did nothing for our pitching staff. With our lineup we'll make some noise, but the team to beat in the AL has to be Detroit. That lineup is... WOW. I'm predicting Tigers over Cubbies in the World Series, but it will be close, cause Pinella is the man.

I never said i like the astros and cards. I am supposed to worry all year about the chi sox when in reality I pay more attention to the Astros, Cards. etc because they are in my division.......simply put, I want them to lose

should be an interesting year as always. Yankees and Astros fan, i can love 2 teams. I have plans on going to NY this year in August to see the Yanks vs Angels. Should be good. My sis lives in Houston and hope to get tix when the Yankees come down to play Houston in June (dont know if anyone knew). As of right now, your SOL on getting those tickets. They had a drawing on them because they knew people would sell them on eBay like crazy. I think thats my only shot now since i didnt get picked, boooooo!

im a tigers fan ...not because they got far the one year !!!!and yes it was so sick and bad@$$ when the yanks got whoooped by them...when i lived in cali went to detroit to watch games ..i will allways be a tiger,lions and wings fan oohh my and yes red socks rock aswell
