Nick Hogan destroys Supra!

I seen a show (not sure if it was Cribs) but Nick said that yellow supra has around 600horse. They have the $$$ to make it double that but to be on the safe side they kept it at 600.
I don't see a point in hating on him for wanting to be a driver and be confident in himself... sure he seems to suck but nobody is a "driver" without practice. Although keeping it off the streets would've been a great idea.
IMO he is the son of a legend, and he flaunts it. He wrecks hundred thousand dollar vehicles consistantly cause he can.

look, i hope he makes a full recovery and learns from all this, otherwise that poor supra died in vain.
but whenever i watch the show, all he wants to be something cool like he is a little kid, and then when he finds out it takes work to be good at it, he loses interest.
i want to be a wrestler like my dad, what acting classes? forget that!
i want to be a racer or a drifter, i'll go to school for a day and i'll put takumi fujiwara to shame! crash crash crash!
when i was 18-19 years old, i would borrow my parents corvettes when my explorer was at the shop, they trusted me with it for weeks at a time while my car truck was being worked on. v8's with 300 hp, no crashes, accidnets or even tickets. i treasured the trust because i knew that with that car, i was a target for cops, and if anything happened to those cars while in my possesion, i'd never sit in the driver seat again.

I dont think thats the same Supra, I thought Hogan's supra was white.
Yeah, the Supra is defiantly one of my favorite cars. Google "1500hp supra" for vids. Street legal, 59psi, doing 8 sec 1/4 mile

Several years ago in the worst magazine of all time, Super Street, there was an article about the Hogan father and son and their respective supras. I think I remember one of them being 600+hp and the other being 900+hp. That yellow one in the wreck is one of those, I believe, although I'm not sure which one.

On Yahoo News today, an eye witness says Nick was seen racing a Dodge Viper shortly before the crash.
It's also interesting to know that his dad owns a Viper, and was at the scene of the crash within minutes.

CLEARWATER, Fla. - A woman said Hulk Hogan's son was racing another car moments before he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree, critically injuring his passenger.
Frances Vitalis, a registered nurse from Plant City, said she saw 17-year-old Nick Bollea's Toyota Supra smash into a median and spin into a palm tree Sunday night. She said the Supra and a Dodge Viper were revving their engines and racing between traffic signals before the crash.
"We knew something was going to happen," said Vitalis, who was riding a motorcycle with a friend behind the cars. "You know that this is a bad situation and these guys are hotdogging."
Bollea's attorney, J. Kevin Hayslett, declined to comment.
Clearwater police spokesman Wayne Shelor also declined to comment on the witness accounts, citing an ongoing investigation. He said detectives have talked to "a number of eyewitnesses." Police so far have said only that excessive speed contributed to the crash.
Shelor issued a statement Wednesday afternoon saying Hulk Hogan "was not driving a car beside or near the one his son, Nick, was driving when it crashed." Shelor said Hogan arrived at the scene minutes after the crash.
Meanwhile, Bollea's passenger, 22-year-old John J. Graziano of Dunedin, remained in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center, a hospital spokeswoman said.

isn't nick hogan a pro drifter or something? i guess if he was, he isn't anymore.
i'm not hating on him, but if you're going to be stupid with a beautiful car like that, just give it to me. it'll last a whole lot longer.

If he was driving responsibly and he got injured in an accident, I'd have some empathy for the kid.
In this case though, it seems he was driving like an idiot and putting other people in danger so I have no pity for the kid.
I do hope for his family's sake he makes it through ok & learns something from this experience.
