He can go swimming in hundred dollar bills to wash away the pain. Pacquiao was hungrier that night. Doesn't take away from DLH's legacy at all.

that's why you order mma fights. at least the whole card is usually worth watching.
MMA is starting to confuse me with it's WWE structure. How come a guy with 3 or 4 fights like Brock or Kimbo can make over six figures per fight, while a guy like Miguel Torres just destroys people, has like 35 fights, is a champion, doesn't mess with illegal substances, and he's only guaranteed about $20k per fight? And how does a guy like Brock even get a title shot at Coutoure??? By beating Heath Herring? And why can't the promotions just coexist and put on the fights we want to see, like Coutoure/Emelianko? Boxing does it. And the UFC doesn't want to sign Gina and Christiane even for one fight, because Dana White doesn't believe in female mma? I seem to remember Ali's daughter steamrolling chicks not too long ago.

Don't get me wrong, I still love mma, but it's getting harder to take it seriously. There's alot of quality fighters getting passed over for guys who have far less skill, but bigger egos. For my money I'd buy a boxing card on PPV, and go see UFC at Hooters or wherever. A year ago, that was flipped.
