Haha, I need to post in this thread.

I have an African Grey Parrot, a Cockatiel, a white shepherd/coyote mix, A chihuahua beagle mix, 2 bearded dragons, & 2 tortoises. & then my boyfriend has a uromastyx, a rescue bunny, a terrier mix, a lhaso apso mix, & a 135 gallon fish tank. Lets see what I can fish out of my photobucket while I'm at work.

Mercy, my doggy I rescued from the pound, got her when she was 6 months old & she had already had 4 owners. She's almost 7 now.

Scruffy & Tiger, my boyfriends dogs.

Chloe, my 4 & a half month old pup. She terrorizes everything.

Mortimer the bunny.

Jackson

Cosmo, he's the biggest A-hole bird you'll meet. I currently have 4 holes in my hand from him.

Shady

Tahoe & Cyprus

I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

Hahaha.

Yea.. she is a pretty plump Calico and I love that picture of her. Her fur was as soft as a rabbit, no joke.

DON'T TELL ME THAT

i love bunnies. my next door neighbors had one and it got out and got into our backyard and drowned in my pool. my puppy was trying to save it. we are pretty sure she was devastated for awhile after that because she laid by the pool all day for like 2 months straight just staring at the water..she never wanted to come inside. it was cute/sad.

Yes! Infact i have with Elliot. Many people associate ferrets with a cage, but honestly ferret's aren't caged animals and they shouldn't be kept in one. The biggest difference between ferrets and other pets such as dogs is, you really have to "ferret proof" the room's you allow your ferret to be in, because by nature they are very curious animals.

Another misinformed fact is that ferrets are wild animals. Nope! Ferrets have been domesticated for literally hundreds of years, their roots come from europe where they would train pole cats (wild ferret) to hunt and kill smaller animals such as rats, slowly they developed into a house-hold animal.

The black footed ferret is the wild ferret in north america, just a little fact for everyone! [=

Ferrets, in terms of personality is very much like a blend of a cat and dog. Affectionate and loving like a dog but play like a cat.

Although, mine honestly thinks hes a dog.

Oh, another information bit for those interested: Ferrets live 5-8 years, and throughout their entire lives its much like owning a puppy or kitten, that never "grows" up.

Sorry for the ramble, i could go on and on! heh Seems like im the only one with a ferret?

For sure! They are also illegal in New York city. Many states you have to have a permit to own one, and another to breed.

Its a shame, isn't Cali also trying to ban pit bulls?

Its a shame that the ignorance in this country ruins everything for people. Pit Bulls can turn on people, yes as well as other breeds. However, 90% of the stories we hear about there is a human error.

You can't own a high strung dog in a tiny apartment, never walk them or play with them and expect them to be happy. This is true with any animal, but especially of those with a low tolerance of neglect.
