The S-FR is another tiny, low-powered car that driving enthusiasts would love. But is that the right move for Toyota?

This car only exists because the yen-$ exchange rate screwed the FR-S. Throughout it's development lifecycle the marketing price point was sub $20k, then the yen strengthened against the dollar right at SOP and the price had to be put in the mid-20s.
