Save 15% on all Ebay Items
I did a search and didn't see anyone post stuff...but i figure this post will help a bunch of those thinking about getting parts for xmas and the holidays. I'm not a pro modder so I figure this will be the best way that I return the help that I've been getting from ppl on this forum. Thanks guys!
Anyway, the important part....if you use Bing, you can get 15% cashback on your purchases on Ebay that are "Buy it Now".
How to use Bing:
1) Go to www.bing.com and create an account. If you have a hotmail account, that will work.
2) Once you have created an account and logged in, search for "xbox"
3) In the sponsored sites box, click "$ Bing Cashback" next to the site that leads you to www.ebay.com
4) Once on ebay, make sure you see the "Microsoft Cashback" logo right on top next to the large EBAY logo. Now, search for your parts.
5) Make sure the item is a "Buy It Now". Then check out with Paypal. Before making the payment, there should be a page where ebay tells you exactly how much cashback you will receive.
6) Enjoy your new parts!
Examples:
Injen CAI 07-08
$254.99 - 15% = $216.74
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/COLD-...ht_3672wt_1165
Raceland Coilovers
$264.10 - 15% = $224.49
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Racel...ht_2225wt_1165
You may find other deals including laptops, DSLR camera, LCD TV, etc.
Occassionally, there will be 20% cashback but there is none right now. I will post info if i can find 20%.
Good luck and hope you find a good deal on your parts.
EDIT 12/15/09
it's 8% now

I've used Bing's cashback program a couple times in the past to great success. It's basically like getting free discounts on stuff just for using their search engine.
I use the search engine anyway, so it was like a double bonus. Good find Tom.
