Default Scion buying experience input needed!

Hello all,
We are about to get a local Scion dealership in my area. I am going to meet with the president of the dealership about a possible scion car show. She had a few questions for me and I figured what better place to get answers then ScionLife, so here it goes...

"I would like to get some input on what Scion customers like to see happen when coming into a Scion showroom, i.e. sales approach, etc. I know Scion has a totally different way of selling, which we will be trained on, but I wouldn’t mind hearing first hand the things you liked, or didn’t, when purchasing your Scion. If you do talk with other Scion owners, inquire what type of after market products they liked seeing in the parts store. I know Scion owners like to personalize their vehicles and we may as well carry what is more popular than just having unsold inventory of accessories due to lack of interest."

If you have any input please respond. Good or bad will help. Thank you for the time!!

Most complaints are that the Scion enthusiasts know more about the Scions than do the sales people. I guess that could be true of many other cars as well. I knew going in that there was a no dicker policy on Scion, but I am sure that many people coming in will not know that. You will no doubt need to find a way to break that into the conversation as soon as possible. As to accessories, I got all mine after the fact so can not help much there. If you decide to have a show it would be wise to get some help from some locals if possible. Good luck to you!!
