But as a sort of philosophy. Somnewhere in between "Cest la vie", "Whattya gonna do?" and "____ happens" falls my new zen koan "Snakes on a Plane".

WIFE: "Honey you stepped in dog poop again. "
ME: "Snakes on a Plane..."
DOCTOR: "Your cholesterol is 290. Perhaps you want to mix in a walk once in a while."
ME: "Snakes on a Plane..."
WIFE: "Honey while you were on your cholesterol walk you stepped in dog poop again."

You get the picture.

lmao....love the post. However why is this movie being hyped up so much? Like how interesting can snakes on a plane be really? I seen flight plan which took place mainly on a plane and it get's real boring and redundant afterawhile. I bet this is another hoax like Cassies singing career. Unfortunately people will probably buy into it and make these people even richer.

The major reason for the hype isn't because people were expecting a fantastic movie. It's because the title and concept is so silly, the idea of a modern day "B" movie being made with a star like Sammy J, in conjunction with the backing of a major production company (New Line) has made the movie irresitible for many people to avoid blogging about it, mocking it, etc. This "B" movie quality has led to a cult following even while the movie wa in production. If they named this what they were going to change it to, "Atlantic Flight 121" people would have hated it, and the craze would have died. It really has nothing to do with movie quality, the title says it all...."Snakes On a Plane"

Pure marketing Genius if you ask me. The ending doesn't have anything to do with someone having a mongoose in their carry on, does it? That would ruin it for me.
j/k
