Just got a ticket for doing 59 in a 40. Five lane rd which goes from a forty to sixty after you get out of the city and of course the sheriff is shooting his radar right into the forty zone.

Missed it by a hair. Was last in line on a train doing about 100mph through SC. Right before we passed the trooper, 2 other cars got on the end of the train. The caboose didn't make it.

EDIT: Just to add, we weren't racing or being asses. The highway was mostly empty, and I was the only car in the bunch.

I made my biennial contribution to the city to the tune of $384 back in January. Writ for cruising my atypical 75 mph in a 65 max... it's tough spotting those moto-cops.

^lawyer? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of paying the ticket?

Gonna call later this week to see if I can get removed if I take a defensive driver course. If that will not work then I will get a lawyer.
