Is he trying to slow down the car?
Maybe he had some leftover parts from a RWD build and decided to bolt all of it onto the Celica????

Ive seen a CRX like this before, but it had a small block and was converted to RWD

well i realize that but overall when i think VW i think german. so we need a term for when people do lame things to german cars too

Problem is, the New Beetle was designed by a design studio in Los Angeles and exclusively produced in Puebla, Mexico. It's as German as a burrito.

Why are there so many cars like this in P.R.? It seems like they have a different kind of rice - cheap, tacky, chrome everywhere, and completely overdone.
