i dont get it? so u took a pic and the info from the site and ebay took it down because aem made them?
isnt that like people getting mad at others on ebay using their pics to push their items?

Normally I would say yes.. but in this case I took it from their website. Being a manufacturer you really can't get mad when customers use your information, that is WHY you write the copy and publish the pictures. Or at least in my manufacturing business is why we do it.

So, an image was used without the companies permission and they wanted it removed... whats wrong with that? A lot of people on eBay sell fake parts using a legitimate companies images. They are just trying to avoid that. Should we all stop using AEM products?

The guy was in the wrong here. He took their picture and info to sell his product. It's clearly AEM's intellectual property and ebay states he cant do what he did. I dont get what he deal is.

yeah and using a stock picture is shaky. most people get called scammers doing that.

I do agree that sucks... but I read the blog and it states that they replaced AEM parts with DC Sports parts... Only one problem... AEM owns DC Sports... So he / she is still supporting them.
