Ok... So who is the better superhero?

I would have to say superman because batman is nothing without his gadgets. Then again batman could bring superman to his knees with a rock (plus he is rich so he gets all the girls). What do you think?

 

if the fight was:
batman has time to set up a fight against superman, batman would win. batman is much smarter (although sometimes the writers of superman make him pretty smart too).

Batman is not so much about gadgets, he's about brains, that's how he wins most everything.

i got a graphic novel where batman kills superman at home i haven't read yet.

 

But superman could just fly into orbit and fry batman to death with his heat vision. He would never have to get close enough to batman for him to be able to do anyhting.

 

batman is the pinnical of human achievment both mentally and physically. he goes toe to toe with some seriously uber powerful villians with nothing but his skillz and homemade gadgets. he is the only person to ever evade darksides omega beam too!

anyway, batman has a krytonite box cutter that he always carries just incase he needs to put superman down. so sorry, superman loses.

 

I just explained how superman could easily defeat batman without exposing himself to any possible kryptonite. superman wins!

if it's brute strength, or superman comes up to batman and say let's fight right this second, then superman wins, yeah.

Batman only wins when intelligence comes into play.

 

I was never really in to the comic book scene myself, so pretty much everything I know about those guys is from TV. Isn't it true that Batman doesn't really have any super powers? I mean, he knows how to fight well, and he has all those cool gadgets, but he doesn't have superhuman strength or anything...right? I would have to go with Superman. Take away Batman's gadgets, and he'd be about as usefull as Aquaman in Iowa.

 

But Batman can come up with an 'anti-superman heat vision gadget'. I think Batman will win the fight. He can just make kryptonite-embedded gadgets and Superman's history. But Superman can just put stress on Batman so that he'll faint like a sissy girl. But then again, Batman can up with an 'anti-stress/anti-faint gadget' to counter that!

 

well, we are assuming that superman wouldn't be such a pu$$y and fight face to face, not just fly into space and shoot friggan lazers from his eyes. i'm sure batman could easily have wayne enterprises build a krytonite tipped warhead. but he prefers his beatings to be upclose and personal.

 

What kind of superhero is afraid of bats? My little sister isn't even afraid of bats.

 

ever watch justice league? superman can never get the bad guys to talk, batman just whispers something in the villians ears and suddenly they are sobbing and spill their guts.

besides, if you were in a dark alley, and some tall muscular martial arts expert appeared out of the shadows, you would need a change of pants.

and don't let the bat fool you, for all intensive purposes, batman is like a super ninja, he just uses the bat as his signature.

 

You wouldn't call that person a superhero if bats get to his nerves...

to keep superman from simpley breaking out of prison, it would have to be made out of krytonite, or steady flow of krytonite radiation to keep him from simpley knocking a wall over and flying away.
