If the person has no ID, how do you know you're writing a ticket to the right person?
If you don't make it your business to know who the major people at your place of employment are, you are making a fatal career error.

The guy in the video made 3 mistakes.

1. He expected a politician to answer questions.

2. He expected fair treatment from police, which being a white guy is probably a fair expectation, except a politician was involved.

3. He pushed one too many buttons.

For all the folks that are adamant that this little waste of sperm was treated unfairly, this just in....2 students at the University of Delaware were shot by an unknown gunman this morning....

My point is, you never know what is in anybody's head. This punk could have easily been intending harm vs. trying to get his stupid face on tv. If he had rushed the stage and the cops had done nothing to stop him, then some of you would be saying how the cops under-reacted.

But, is it just me, I bust out laughing when I hear this boy holler how bad it hurts as the Taser is sizziling away in the background.....I bet he impressed all the college chicks with that.

Hell yeah - for those of you who've seen Jackass the movie and TV series - Those guys know how to take a taser shot to the *****.

I'm kind of surprised the cops didn't do the old "swarm, cuff, and carry" - where they basically dogpile the guy to restrain him, cuff him, and then drag his carcass outside.

Well yeah! However, we're seeing a little too much of that. The other day there was a cop tasing someone already in cuffs! That's just a little off the scale of acceptability.

Grunt. First of all, this kid sounds like Dane Cook, which I thought was really weird. Second, I like how slanted the poll questions are towards the poster's POV. "security threat"? "(kid was unarmed, mind you)?" "Censorship?" This poll is as fair and balanced as Fox News!

They gave the guy multiple warnings, and he was still getting warnings after he struck a cop. Hell, he even got a warning that he was going to be tased! If I was resisting arrest, and some cop said that I was going to be tased if I didn't stop resisting, I'd stop. I'm gonna be arrested one way or another, so I might as well go with the way that has the least electricity.

In the OP's defense, he did come back around pg 2 and say he slanted the choices intentionally....

The real question then becomes, does the OP know whether or not the Earh is flat?

Ok for those of you who have only seen the taser video, this was the second time he was asked to leave.

He had already broken the rules before during the speech and was escorted out when the cameras were not rolling. But he decided to break the law and sneak back into the auditorium, and then jumped in line and took the mic from someone. The mic was immediately turned off, but he was yelling at the top of his lungs to get the questions out.

John Kerry let him ask a few, but eventually enough is enough. He resisted being escorted out, and then smacked an officer. So from that point on he went from annoying to hostile.

Then he resisted arrest. And the police said "stop resisting arrest or we will tase you". And of course he kept resisting so they kept their promise.

That is all fair sounding to me.

Kerry is a no backbone, peice of liberal garbage. He didnt speak up to say ANYTHING about the incident. Remeber folks, this is a college - not Iraq. People ARE allowed to voice opinions, ask questions, and you know what? some of them may be smart assed or off topic or semi-funny (even if YOU dont find it funny).

If a little black kid would of got hit with the taser, all the black voices (Al sharpton, Farakan, Jackson) would of been all over this as racist.. however we let the juice out of the box, only to commit another hostile and violent crime exceding 10 felonys AFTER he murdered 2 people but the NAACP got what they wanted the first time..

Was this kid a jerk? maybe. but a 5 on 1 old fashioned grappling match ?? they couldnt escort him out WITHOUT being stung? Its not like he is Chuck Norris.

Clearly those who are saying he assaulted the UP's must not understand what arm flailing is versus a straight up uppercut or punch to the face.
