Thinking bout getting an iPhone
Ok so I am thinking bout getting an iPhone and switching from Sprint to AT&T. I am looking for comments from people that have or have had an iPhone 3G. Anything u do or don't like about it?
I currently am using Sprint with a Blackberry. I usually text mostly and browse the net constantly. I am very addicted to Apple products ha ha. I have an ipod Touch and use it ALL the time. Figured the iPhone was the best option for a new phone.

I don't personally have one, but at the rate Apple is selling them, it's hard to argue against it's awesomeness.
I think Apple is selling refurbs for $99 and $199 (8 and 16 gb respectively) with a 2 year contract right now FYI.

Get it!!!!! You will not regret it.....
iPhone is the best phone ever you can do pretty much anything with it.
phone
ipod
Camera
Play all kinds of games
Internet
Email
There is a ton of apps you can download and customize the phone to your needs a lot of fun and free ones.
Once you own a iPhone you will never go back to any other phone period.

The iphone plan is pretty insane, I think it's like $30 and then another $40 for the basic AT&T phone services. Then you still have to pay for how many texts you want, starting at like 5 to $20 for unlimited
The iphone plan just covers unlimited internet and stuff.
Sweet phones though, I had a 1g and am going to get a 2nd gen now that I see their $100 bucks, lol

I am already used to paying $115 a month with sprint for my Blackberry.
So that won't be anything new for me.
The only issue I am worried bout is the typing. I can type faster than heck on my blackberry. I've had people that have seen me type, look at me as just be like "dude, wtf?" Ha ha

i went from a blackberry curve to an iphone and the virtual keyboard to some getting used to. I work for at&t and have used every phone they sell and the only one i'll carry myself is the iphone. Nothing comes close with any carrier. Wait till you get on this website from it. Youll never use a blackberry again

The iphone was very easy to type on for me... had the biggest keypad i've ever used, blackberrys keypads are substantially smaller.
It'll be a breeze for you to get used to typing on it. It's a great phone, the reason I got rid of my 1g was because I don't work in an electronic-friendly environment. (outside, haha) otherwise i'd still rock it.

Alright...since everyone has talked about the iphone itself, I won't add my 2 cents, other then i love the one i have.
AT&T service is great. I switched to them almost a year ago. I had a small hic-up with the bill at the beginning. I called costumer service and they fixed that problem on the spot. Unlike some services out there that will argue that they are right. I had another bill problem recently with the total due. I called them up and they saw that there was a payment that wasn't added into the total they sent me. they gave me the adjusted total due with no problems.
I then had a problem for a while were i wasn't recieving or able to send any text messages. I went in to the store, they gave me a new sims card and it still didn't work. I went to their service and warranty center and they gave me a new phone on the spot with just confirming the problem still existed.
I switched to the iphone about three weeks or so ago and never check my email on a computer, inless its to reply.
AT&T has great service and they can take care of most problem right there at the store. It is the best out of all services. The only one that comes close it T-Mobile.

I have an iPhone and I love it. I have service all the time everywhere I go. The one thing I don't like that I used to have on my verizon phone is, you can't send pictures unless it's through an e-mail. It also doesn't take videos. Typing on it was hard at first, but you get used to it quickly. I say go for it!

hehe, jk you'll love it, but typing will get slower because of the touch.

just cause u FM guys can't keep up and type slower on the iPhone doesn't mean a BSP guy will. Might actually do me some good to slow down on typing. ha ha The problem with my phone now is I do too much at one time on it so it freezes and then resets cause the processor can't handle it. I am known for loading a site, sending and recieving a text, sending and receiving a message on BB messenger, and talking on AIM all at the same time. ha ha
