Default Trance music. Who listens to it?

Anyone here on SL listen to the smooth flow of some trance in their box, or egg, or... coupe... I love trance and alot of dance music, breaks, progressive, and was just wondering what others listen to as far as dance music goes.

Guess I should post some of my favorite artists, so here goes nothing:

Armin Van Buuren, Darude, Christopher Lawrence, ATB, Tiesto, DJ Hyper, Markus Schulz, Matt Darey, Hybrid, Lolo, Icone, Thrillseekers, The Chemical Brothers, The Crystal Method, Rob Dougan, Freestylers, Fluke, Moby, Orbital, Delerium, Prodigy, too many more to list... And if you want a good internet trance radio station, try www.di.fm

Good stuff!!

I love most music anything with good thump to it but usually I stick to break beat and vocal as far as techno music goes. I love DJ Rap, DJ BabyAnne, ATB, Benassi Bros., DJ Icey,... I think my new favorite song today that I cant get enough of is Yung Joc, its goin down...lol its a good dance and thump song Love some Korn too

imo trance sucks. even the chemical brothers "Singles93-03" is barely listenable and it ain't even trance.... but give song #13 "the Golden Path" a listen....

Heh. Even some of the olde folk listen to some trance (Sandstorm on in background now...). Lean toward the Darude, Christopher Lawrence sort.

Not my primary stuff, but sometimes it just 'fits' the mood.

I listen to trance on WinAmp streaming audio. Also like ambient or "chill out" trance. If I ever have a house warming party, I'll play some trance/chillout or smooth jazz. Trance is just the right music for such an an event.

Do you mean the old-school trance (which was much closer to AMBIENT) or the new-style trance(which is much faster)?

I mixed a few things a couple of years ago. I'm in the process getting all new equipment (piecing stuff together), but I keep taking turns, DJ equipment then car accessories then DJ equipment, etc. I should have everything to start recording again pretty soon.

I'm more so into the harder / faster stuff (always sure to find a strong bass line...hehehe), but i've got a few trance mixes. Let me know if you want to listen.
