I LOVE my kit! It's the best out IMHO.
It was neccessary to relocate the fans because of where the mani places the large(ish) turbo. But the kit comes with slimline fans and pins and everything.
If you get his basik kit, you do not have to relocate the fans, but it's really not that big a deal, and I think push type are better then pull anyway.

yeah the fans come with these clips but you still need to go out and buy other clips so that they clip onto the radiator.....or you can just zip-tie it like i did lol

Yeah, the basik has a different manifold...ram style but not quite EL. It keeps the turbo a bit closer to the block...might even be a smaller turbo.

I've had my kit on and running since last june, so about 10 months...no major issues. You can't go wrong with either kit.

It's not like there is much difference between the basik and the standard kits...the simple has a log style so you'll get quicker spoolup and less power up top, but that might actually be more difficult coming from NA.
You may as well get the good standard kit and get a smaller spring for low boost...then later just up the boost like I'm doing.
I've been on 5-6 psi for about 10 months and will be on 8-9psi by the end of this week.

well...the drive up to AZ sucked...AFRS all over the place, and full rich going uphill in boost is BAD!
Anyway, got there, UMS Tuning in Mesa is AWESOME! Tony working on my car. could not get the WG open to fix the busted diaphram, so we just swapped out for a new one and put my 6psi spring in...OK, 1 hour already lost...

Now Tony HATES my maps and is tuning from scratch...awseom...up to about 3500K...some weirds stuff happening...keeps asking about an exhause leak which I alraedy got fixed, but something don't sound right.

about 4 hours later, we are all getting upset...tried idfferent plugs...tried my old map...Todd goes to teh front of the car ans is like "um...you only have 1 of the 4 bolts holding your turbo onto yoru manifold!"
Now I'm PRETTY sure I had them on about a week before my drive, so they must have either came off during the drive to AZ or on the dyno...either way, there was my exhasut leak. Tony and Todd are being hella cool letting me keep my car there for teh week to get tuned and Todd will drive it back to me next weekend.
However, the issues Tony was describing soudn similar to what my last tuner said, and he as well as todd said I might need a new fuel pump...we will see.
I should hear back from Todd on Monday on updates so I'll post back after I hear from him...

In any event...scionlife curse strikes again.
