phil, ive installed 4 kits now!
haha turbotoyotas dezod you name it!
but yeah.. the pipes fit very snug and the routing of the pipe on the top brings the pipe down in a tight fitting area and is awfull close to the pulley right there.. but i made it work.. i zip tied the pipe over to one of the lines. not the prettiest but necessary.
the flnage for the dp to the s pipe is smaller than normal stock size so only one bolt holding it on for a major exhaust leak. we are going to get it fixed tomorrow..
the actual routing of the pipes i feel is just silly.. i mean thats based on me installing so i could have done it wrong, but me and ryan (satoman44) pretty much know we did it right.
a couple tips.. when you cut the couplers leave your self plenty of room and dont cut till you absolutly have to as some areas need the couplers to bend slightly.. i.e. charge pipe to hot side ic pipe.
allen bolts for the wastegate
a second person! trust me you need someone to assist with the positioning of these pipes.

yeah.. we are gonna take his car to midas and have them weld and bigger flange on the end to line up with the DP.
the good thing about this is that they can weld it in the exact angle it needs to be to make the fitment even better.
they are also going to weld the bung for the afr gauge.
and he has an ebay dump tube.. gonna see if they can make it fit..

oh btw i got my wast gate flang in yesterday and as soon as i can ill mock up a dump(still waiting on todd) but i wanted to see what color your friend wants it. I gata paint it since its just mild steel, i was thinking gloss black engine enamel.

the dp flange is smaller than the s pipe flange.. he has a custom s pipe so not fault by todd.. they are going to weld a smaller flange onto the s pipe.. it will mate correctly after that.
