Yeah, I have to wonder how todd cam make up for all this BS .
Got the kit fully installed and had some leakage around the injectors so I replaced the seals and it has no problems now.
Def. need to get emanage installed , Reved it up hard a few times and car was not happy coming back down. Anyhow, where did you guys put the gold heat stuff?? did you cut off the factory heat stuff or just put it on top , and where about did you place it.

i think that if you do that it would defeat the purpose of the foil.

it's supposed to absorb and dispurse the heat but if it absorbs and heats up the surrounding areas, you might have a fiyaaaaaaaa?

no, I took off the factory heat shild and put the foil on the underside of the hood, but I wonder if it might look better if I then cut out that square from the factory and hang it back up there. i

tha is what I am saying , that and the fact that the factory stuff is designed to smother a fire in the event that something catches under the hood.

really? hell, i dunno. haha carry a fire extinguisher.

i think the foil dispurses the heat so that the paint on your hood doesn't melt.

ola didn't get his harness yet

Your better off removing the entire shield. If need be you could always use more gold foil.....I know where you can get some from

Have fun!
