I can't remember if there is one line going to the selenoid and then 2 coming from that or if there are 2 lines coming out of the gauge. If there are 2 from teh selenoid, then yes..one to the WG, one to the VAC block.
If there are 2 from the gauge then 1 to the vac block and 1 to the selenoid which then goes to the WG.

And I'm not smarter then you...I just have my kit installed already, and besides, a shop did my gauges and Todd did my install, so all my work was "profesionally done"! (and boy did I pay for it! ... )

yeah I was sitting in the Honda shop.... all of the sudden I felt like something was staring at me .. it was the scion logo on my keys.... just did not feel right pluss they wanted $$$$$ I have decided to wait and get it tuned by dezod in a couple of weeks. I am going to be in NY and feel that he knows better about my car than thoes guys do. they were standoffish from the beginning and I want a good tune for sure..

there is only one line that comes from the boost gauge. just one long vac line. what im going to do is run the line to the boost solinoid, then cut the left over line off and run it from the other end to the wastegate and the other to the vac block. it sounds right and the ports on the boost solinoid are labeled so it shouldnt be all that difficult! haha thanks again phil!

aen...yours is different cause of your "manual" boost controller. and griff...I had a honda guy tune my tC...he was all excited about it cause he wanted to get into Scions, but yeah, he was used to Honda's so it's not perfect. I'd go back, but the shop is closed.

I'm either gonna go to another (mitsu) shop or wait till the sping and hit up Dezod West.

You got what? man, you really never tell me anything, do you? or do I just not listen? Anyway, why would you spend $2K on the EMS when you already spent close to a G on the F/IC? I mean, if you didn't have the F/IC, I would say yes. I wish I did for launch controll and all that, but there is NO WAY you could tune that yourself. How about instead of that, you go get tuned, get a clutch, and get a dump tube made?

what i need is a boost controller, probably apexi.

you have the most ____ty tune of all of us!
Dont even try and race Heiu and I. you need to start off with Mark. and if you can beat him than move up to Chris. (who btw has the most perfect tune of all of us)
IF, and I mean IF, you can beat chris than give heiu and i a call.

Didnt you say you got beat by a damn gt mustang?
lmao i wouldnt even downshift to beat that

Anyway...Season ends? Track season does not close here, but NONE of us have made it out I wanna go, but I'm the only tuned one, and not a great tune, but it will get me past a quarter mile. I think everyone else is just afraid cause their running bigger turbos or higher boost and they all think they are better then me, but they don't wanna prove it!

So, short answer, NO. And I'm really upset about that.
C'Mon guys! Let's just take it to the track! If we bog down and sputter, WHATEVER! It's not like out s!its gonan blow up or something! Wer'e all running rich, not lean!

That's no excuse to not go. The track times I had were on a 10.0 flat A/F ratio at WOT. Still 108 trap speeds. Hell, my tires were used and a year old when I did that too.

GET R DONE Already!

I only have the gauges and wastegate right now so I cant take a picture that make sense but its pretty much same principle in the truboost manual only it did not use a vac block.

I was hoping for the same effect. I mean we are here and griwing so it is only to their beifeit that they learn . more $$ for them right. But they told me that someone they worked with tried to do a scion and ran into troubles and whatnot. If they would have cut the cost to gain experiance for themselves I would have felt better about it. but if I have to have them tune 2 or 3 times to get it 100% then F# that . I am sure they would have done ok but not 100% so I will go with experiance, and many people can vouch for Dezod. Plus I will have all my gauges in by then , which can only help

The GT beat me cause I had no traction. As soon as I gripped, I pulled on him...hard.

Why don't you both come to teh meet this Thursday and we will "discuss"

Oh, and Brett...IRA (scion04xB) got banned so he cannot respond to your comments!
