you could be right, these slim fans are designed so you can fit a bigger aftermarket radiators..

So meaty, overheating problems? I always take long drives but I dont think its gonna be a problem, but city driving could be a concern...

nono, i mean without them on lol. sorry my bad, actually slim line fans work more efficiantly than the ones you have on your car, the radiator breaks up the air flow in turn cooling the coolant that flows through it, and having a constant flow of air is more benificial than having air sit there and coolant run through it.

that's all it does, it's hte simplest concept on your car, yet the most benificial. lol.

what you guys should have is some long zip tie looking things. they aren't really zip ties but they look like it.

push it through the radiator, be careful not to push it through crooked...it might disrupt the flow of coolant and cause a leak. hmm. don't the long things go right into the tab?

actually, if anyhting. you guys can use anything to do it. if it comes down to that being your last missing piece, go to home depot and look for something that is small enough to go through the radiator with only bending one or maybe two of the things and strong enough to hol dhte fan up.

well im not missing really important stuff, i would just rather install when i have the correct intake pipe and my harness so i can tune right away because the guys helping me with the install have the greddy emange blue support tool and have been tunning their own cars! so thats helpful! and the zip ties not sure that they look like but i think its something like a zip tie with something on the other end to hold the fans on.. try look at phils install and look at those little black clips holding his fans on.

ohh, those aren't screws, they are long like....plastic things that have notches on them so the tab (that looks like the screw thing) actually slips over and locks onto each notch...sort of like a zip tie, hence zip tie thing lol.

i'd actually suggest having a pull fan hooked up to the turbo side of the radiator, you'd rather have air pulled in hit the radiator and then dissipated throughout the coolant than pushed into the coolant.

well, that's my rationality, plus. it was easier for me not to take the bumper off lol.

how did you do your fand, ola?
if i remember right i spliced them both.
not hard. only 2 wires if i remember right. i used electrical tape though lol

as for those zip ties pull things

if you noticed, mine are only pulled through the compressor and not the radiator.
mr meaty or todd or whoever pulled his through both. which is easier i guess cause you dont have to scratch your hands. but who wants more holes in there radiator?

once you put the cap on, try and pull it off again. those things wont come off. the fans will be fine
