you crack me up, hieu!
I thought you would realize I did that on purpose because I said you name twice in that post, and I spelled it correctly the second time!

In any event, I was looking at your post suggesting I pull fuel, and you said to go, for example, from -18 to -16...but wouldn't that be ADDING fuel?
I mean, if I'm running rich at a certain paint, and at that point it reads -18 (due to the larger injectors), I would want even less fuel at that point, so I'd have to go further negative, to -20 for example, right?

Oh, and did you look at the Xero map for me? That's the one I'm running now, but there is one really wierd part in the fuel map...in the lower left corner (low RPM-no boost) it goes from -20.3 to -7 for 3 cells and then up to -25. That can't be right, right? I mean, all the rest of the cells have gradual increases, not by 20 parts!

Phil, i looked in my engine bay today and i think i now know which line im tapping into. is it the one that has that little tube looking thing in between it and runs along the back of the firwall? if so the parts that runs down on the left in going to assume runs to the intake manifold?? how do i get in there to swap it out with the longer vac line? i think i may have the wrong line though???

That's the one I'm using for my vac line. All you do is diconnect one end of the line from that plastic peice in the middle and get another lenght of tube the same diameter as that one. then, you plug the old one into the left side of the vac block (the other end is going to your intake manifold) and you put your new bit of tube to the right side of the vac block and the other end to that plastic peice where you removed the old line from.

from the plastic tube, disconnect the right side. right? then that line runs to the left side of the vaccum block? long enough?

then i take the line that i bought connect it to the right side of the vaccum block and run that to the plastic tube! i got it.. i bought 3 feet of tube.. thats enough right!?

Java, either side is good. I sugested the toehr side cause it's easweir to rech, but the side you mentiond is the side we used.
to make sure it fits, you might watn to disconnecte ti from where that tube is leading to, which is that little black elbow infront of the driver side. You can bring that part all the way back to the left side of the Vac block with plenty to spare. Then connect your new line from the right side of your vac blcok back to that black elbow on the driver side, which is circled in yellow in this pic:

i dunno why, but i ended up getting my harness from dezod. i got tired of getting all of my parts from Todd

the only problem i have is that i don't have the GReddy emanage support tools cable.... i have a good fuel map, the actual software, and the emanage w/ harness. i just need that freakin cable haha.. hopefully my local shop has one i can plug into before i pick my car up next week, otherwise i'll be taking it easy on the gas until i drive over to the shop on the other side of town that i know has one.

haha.. well my situation's cheaper.. unfortunately i'm being extremely cheap right now so rather than just buy that overpriced cable i'm hoping and praying that the shop already has one. guess i'll find out tomorrow..
