Default Valentine's Day Gift Ideas

valentine's day is inching up... and being together with her for almost 2 1/2 years, it seems like i've ran out of ideas on what to get her. i got her rings, clothes, purses....... blah blah... so i need your help and just kinda throw out gift ideas for me. thanks!

edit: something affordable so not like a ridicolously overpriced stupid ugly bag priced at $2000. something affordable for a college student. under $200 if possible. yes yes, i'm cheap. those days of buying her expensive stuff are over... it made me through the first year, now it's all downhill... haha.

X2 on birthdays!!!!!!! It might ruin one of her most special days, but look on the bright side, you save tons of money!

X2 on Xmas, and all holidays FTW!!!!!

hahaha jk... I'm not sure what I'm going to do for my girlfriend either. I'm thinking about getting her a tanning gift certificate (she wants it...) and a really nice lovey dovey mushy gooshy card.

New HIDs for her car!!! hahaha. What about a big picture frame that's shaped in a heart (which is available for purchase from Michaels or Jo Ann's) and fill it with a collage of pictures!

she doesn't really care about hids. and picture frame... been there, done that. as a matter of fact, my very first present to her was a picture frame.

Go w/ something simple and personal for v-day. No need to spend big bucks on a Hallmark holiday! Get creative and make her something. After 2 years it shouldn't be all about the big expensive gifts, v-day should be about you two. Here are a couple of things my husband and I have done for one another:

-made a gift box w/ a lot of the little things(card, fav. candy, CD of songs that remind you of her) he threw in some flowers, picked and arranged by him.
-a day of whatever you want(massage, breakfast in bed, fav. TV programs)No complaints allowed!!!

And the best so far(my idea)
-put up posters I made in random places so he would see them as he got up in the morning
-decorated the car ( I did the interior so my guy didn't get ragged on). I put window stickers on, little fake roses and made a sign.
-made a CD w/ a personal message from me and our song. Had it set up to play when he turned the key.

Hope these help. They've worked great for us and we try to out-do each other every year. If you don't want to go the creative route I'd go w/ the spa idea and flowers always work.

spa, masage, and all the related stuff sounds really wonderful, but thing is, we both have school and work on v-day so it won't work and both of us like doing things on the day of the event. it's just more special. so i need actually physical gifts. i should've listened more to her whenever she's talking to me about what she wants... now, that the time has come... i have no idea what she's been saying to me about what she wants hahah.
