Default Be wary of Lexus CPO

Been away from SL for the past couple of years once I traded in my 06 tC for an CPO'd 07 IS350. Car has been great except my water pump started going bad, leaking coolant on the engine, oil pan, and tranny. There wasn't any CEL, warnings, performance loss, or odd sounds coming from my car. I was unaware that anything was wrong until the car broke down while coming back from a road trip a couple weeks ago. Despite being within the warranty period and all the damaged parts falling under the warranty, Lexus Extra Care (warranty division) is denying my claim stating I should have been proactive and noticed the coolant leaking. I argued that my parking spots are clean, the car drove normally, and there wasn't any lights, sounds or smells and I took action as soon as I noticed something was wrong. Extra Care won't budge, and I've been back and forth with customer service and they won't do anything either.

Be wary of the Lexus warranty program. Here's my thread on Club Lexus.
