As many of you know, we have been around the Scion High Performance scene since 2005. We work VERY hard to provide some of the highest quality parts for your Scion, and to offer some of the newest and cutting edge problem solving products on the market including turbo kits, engine management systems like our AEM EMS and exhaust manifold studs. All of these essential items that were developed for the community based upon the need to address an issue when nobody else could or would. We continue to push the envelope and set the bar for the Scion performance community, and we would like to just take a moment to step back and here from you.

We offer World Class customer service and support to help make your decisions easier in arriving at your goals, within your budget and time constraints dictated by you; our valued customer. We have fielded countless emails, phone calls and PMs to aid our valued customers in making educated decisions. We feel helping inform our customer of their options and establishing a relationship will ultimately make any problem easier to address head-on.

We typically fulfill most of our orders (web or phone) within 1-2 business days. If the item is in stock, we typically ship the same day. This is done to help you, our customer, get their plans into motion and not have to wait eons for parts to arrive.

Over the past 7 days, we have seen 93.3% of our entire web orders leave within the same or next day of the order. We have been able to achieve this success through careful trending of product volumes, housing inventory and having excellent direct relationships with crucial performance companies. This allows us to overall service you better and cut lead times down!

In all, the reason why we are posting this is to get some essential feedback from you, our valued customers, as to what we are doing right? Doing wrong? What we can improve upon? What you like? What you dislike? Express yourself!

i havent't personaly ordered anything from you (YET), but i have talked to you Paul, as well as 2 other people that work there and EVERY single time you guys answer all my questions. You guys are my go-to people from now on bc i dont't even get the support from companies i've made purchases from that i get from you guys and i've never bought anything from you (but i will)! I got my AEM CAI and my DC Sports exhaust 2 days after I ordered it, thats amazing.
When I called to order the parts, Paul, u were friendly and gave me good advice to not bolt anything until it was put on the car. Thanks, it was easy to put in that way.

I guess that's not always a bad thing. More people like to complain about poor experiences, rather than boast about positive ones.

I guess we never have enough negative feedback to really open some discussions up haha.
