Ok a friend of mine has tons of tickets he didnt pay, he is positive if he gets pulled over he ll be arrested haha.
Anyways here is the funny part that he is doing and I am wondering if this ll work his license and plates on the car right now are from new jersey, because he has relatives down south somewhere florida or georgia he is getting their license and registering the car there so he ll have their plates, but he ll still be driving around here if only for about 4-5 months.
He figures even they pull him over they wont be able to do anything because the tickets are on a diff license number and on different plates and they wont know who he is when they do pull him over. Seems a little strange to me but hey if it works good for him. Will this work?

Im pretty sure that they go by your Drivers license for tickets, so if he gets pulled over he is busted as soon as they run the license number. Which is why if you get a speeding ticket while driving somone else's car it effects the driver and not the owner of the car.

It wont work. If he gets pulled over, any warrants will pop up based on his name alone. His best bet is to start paying the stuff off. This is a really dumb way to screw up his life. Time to own up to it and get it right.

If he didn't pay and didnt go to court.. he's got a warrant(s)... and if he's still in a semi-local jurisdiction.. he's going to get arrested.. better to call the court and ask how to take care of it
