Don't worry I won't. I have a 5yr old pc running XP that I plan on redoing and I have a 1yr old laptop with XP. I'm done with buying Windows based computers. Whenever I get around to buyin a brand new computer I'll be switching back to Mac.

If you would like to talk about why you should not go with mac, and why Microsoft is better, PM me your phone number. I will set you straight.

Because Microsoft is amazing. You can't live without at least a little Microsoft in your life. They are in a lot of places you wouln't even expect them to be.....like your doctors office, or a Toyota dealership......

Vista is highly unstable at the moment with so many security wholes in the OS, its best to wait a year or two when everything is patched up, maybe they will have a 64 bit version that can support quad core processors as well. Stick with XP for now even if you have Vista id say reformat and pop XP back on just so there is piece of mind.

I wholeheartedly agree. Microsoft is amazing. If it weren't for their supply of poorly designed products, I would be unemployed!

There is nothing poorly designed about their products. If you would like to, why don't you try to make a product better and faster than something they make? I dare you. In fact I challenge you. Make an OS that works flawlessly, and I will search it for bugs.

Not saying there products are poorly designed, its a company that will have flaws cause they dont take the time to properly realease and go thru code testing. I think they do things in a hurrt to much to crush the competition in which they have no worry o should not have any worry cause they are on top anywayz.

The os i made in college was pretty decent but unix based, if you care to take a look let me know :D

Unix??!! Haha, you make me laugh. I would love to take a look. But don't cry when I am blunt about things.

Don't you dare try to throw down my fathers work and then try to cover it up with a "schweet stuff". That bs doesn't work for me. I would like to see your OS so I can make you cry.

wasnt doing none of the sort maam, i said sweet stuff because your support ur dad and that rocks. But you seemed pretty adamant about ur opinion that there products are great in which I agree to a lot of them are great. My OS is nuthing that can come close to a product of microsoft, just something that was made by me in my coding class that runs in UNIX. Just saying that they have had there share of patches and b4 running vista id give it a while so it can be properly patched.

With the push of the public, it is very difficult to get anything out that doesn't need patches. Why do you think it was pushed back so much, they didn't want to give you a sheisty product, but since the public pushed and pushed and pried, they said "ok, well then have it" and when the public complains about small things, they just laugh and say "patience pays off in the long run. One day you will learn".

And yes, I have tons of support for my daddy. He is my life. I love him.
