Working out.

i recently started workin out myself. i have a trainer helping me out with my routine. I go to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 1-1.5 hours each time. According to my trainer the best way to do cardio is before you start lifting the weights. He has me power walk (3.5-4 mph) on a treadmill for 20 minutes with the thing on the highest incline it will go. Each day you go to the gym you want to work out a different muscle group. Monday's I work out my arms, Wednesday's I work out my legs, and Friday's I work out my chest/back. Everything seems to be going really well. I feel more energized and am starting to feel stronger.
