Default Custom Turbo Kit - PART OUT!

Selling my scion tC turbo kit, this is a one off custom kit. I sold the car and have no use for the kit anymore, parts include

MHI custom spec 20g ported turbo w/ oil line (under 10k miles on turbo) - $500

Custom one off PWR liquid to air intercooler kit w/ ssqv flange - $600
kit includes: PWR barrel intercooler with custom pipiing for install on a scion tC, PWR heat exchanger, Weapon R polished overflow tank, High speed electric pump, hoses and clamps.

Full-Race robot welded inside and out log manifold - $300
(T3 flange?)
38mm external flange for wastegate
Note this is not the manifold that were cracking from ZPI, this is off kenny's car made by full-race. Best quality welds possible.

HKS SSQV blowoff valve (silver)- $125

AEM dry-flo cone filter - $20
not sure what size, whatever size the ZPI kits intake pipe is.

Turbo Concepts wastegate 38mm - $125
Has 10psi spring in it now, also has 7psi, and 12psi springs included

2.5'' s-pipe with QTP electronic cutout installed on y-pipe - $200
corded model

Gizzmo IBC electronic boost controller/boost gauge - $250
Almost brand new, used for 2 months. multiple boost settings, also doubles as a boost gauge.

Greddy E-manage ultimate w/ PnP Harnes and 2 tunes (10psi/14psi) - $650

Innovate wideband o2 LC-1 No gauge. (needs wire repaired) - $75
When uninstalling a wire got caught and pulled out of the plug, you can either cut it open and re-solider or send it to innovate, they quoted me $20 for the repair.

deatschwerks 550cc PnP injectors - $225

Turbo Intake pipe, w/ 06 maf pattern. - SOLD

2.5'' turbo downpipe w/ recirc flange for WG - $150

Will ship parts, buyer covers charges. Prices are negotiable and ill make deals if you buy multiple parts together. Low-ball offers need not apply, that price was already up for 3 weeks with buying the whole kit at $1800.

can take more pics if someone is serious about getting it. The paint could use sprayed again, I just used black silicone paint from autozone. Has some marks from getting scratched with tools rubbing and stuff.

It cools the air. Instead of having alot of piping traveling around ur bumper for an intercooler. Straight shot to the the throttle body and you wont even have to take the bumper off to install the kit!

It's a PWR liquid-to-air intercooler kit. Like the guy above me said, it cuts out all the extra piping, cools better, does not heat soak. It consist of the barrel intercooler, water lines, a pump that mounts under the battery, and a heat exchanger. It does not run a fan because on our cars where it mounts gets more than enough air to cool it down.

However you will have to remove the bumper to install that part of it, its bolts where our horn is and has a weapon R stainless overflow can that mounts above it.

To give you an idea of the cooling, at 16psi, after an hour or so of beating on the car, the "hot side" of the pipe closest to the turbo was too hot to touch, however the "cool side" closest to the TB was still cool to the touch. A custom ice tank can also be made to keep things even more cold. I almost had one built before I lost interest with scions.

I had it on an 06. Pretty sure the unit is fine for all years may have to change jumpers though. The only big change is the maf. Which you can get an adapter for an 07+ iirc. Has a pnp harness as well.

Kit is $1800

Not planning on parting it out, if it sits for a week or so I may, but as of right now its a steal lol, the pwr kit and turbo are worth more than $1800 alone
