Default Who wants a JDM or USDM firesports grill?

We are currently in the process of reproducing the much sought after firesports grill for the gen 1 xb. The replicated parts are molded from an original firesports grill and are 100% identical to the original. They are molded in fiberglass just like the original. They will be gell coated and ready for paint. Introductory price of $350.00 each plus shipping. Built and shipped from the US.

If you seriously want one and have the cash but your name on the list.

Production starts next week.

Okay, i just left the fab shop who is gonna be making them for me. The mold looks good and is almost complete. We should have the first JDM one completed Monday or Tuesday. Once it is done i will have some very detailed photos for everyone to inspect.

I am gonna be set up to start making a USDM version in about two weeks._Build time per piece is 2-3 business days. They will come to you in a white or off white gell coat. The grill mesh will be included with each grill.

My goal is to try to package them as safely and light as possible to reduce shipping cost. We will ship out via the cheapest method to reduce cost to you. Local pickup is available in Myrtle Beach, SC if arrangments are made in advance.

All grills require payment via paypal prior to them being made. Once the first grill has been made and packaged, i will have an accurate shipping price.

USDM Firesports Grill - $350.00

JDM Firesports Grill - $350.00

I will repost Monday or Tuesday will the finished product. Those of you who have added your names to the wait list will be contacted by tuesday to make payment.

Order and pay via Paypal by Sunday and your new grill will be shipped out by that Thursday! That's right only 4 business days from you placing the order to me shipping your new Firesports Grill. I am making these to order.

Next week I should have the mold done on the USDM version of the Firesports Grill. The USDM version is called the RAZ FS2 Grill. Production will begin next week on these.

Firesports had been known or using a lighter weight fiberglass 3/4oz Chopped Strand Mat as well as a lowgrade all purpose fiberglass resin. Then they made several thin layers of glass one over the other building up its tickness. This makes the original grill heavier in weight and not as strong as one made of thicker fiberglass mat. This makes it easier to crack, which is what you see with the multi layer glassing process.

My grills are made from industrial strength marine grade fiberglass resin and we use 1-1/2oz Chopped Strand Fiberglass Mat. the same exact fiberglass mat thats used to make fiberglass speedboats. It will stand up to the elements with less shrinkage that you see with most fiberglass parts.
With our process you have no chance of air bubbles forming between layers of glass.
