Recieved my 4 headrest monitors. 2 of them don't turn on. Does anyone know how to fix them?

 

I sold these head rest units to SkyBox. When I took them out of my xb all 4 worked with no problems. I'm not sure what is the problem but if anyone has any ideas or can help that would be great! Thanks!

 

Got the headrest monitors to work. They had a loose wire inside, I just resoldered them and they worked.
