These came out of my 2006 Scion XB. Boston Acoustics SPG555 subwoofers in custom sealed enclosures. Made to replace the rear quarter window trim panel and not affect the seatbelt, headrest or headliner. Take a look at the pictures and let me know if you have questions.
With LEDs on
Hatch Shut (20% tint on top of privacy glass)
Daytime view. Suede matched to factory plastic/headliner color. Custom acrylic rings with blue backlit LEDs.
View from front side
The installation is very easy but will require 6 nuts or plates to be welded to the body of the vehicle to make sure the enclosures are mounted 100% solid. The mounting does not prevent the car from be returned to stock (I already did it to mine by just reinstalling the original trim panels).
Cost to build = $1400 + aprox 20hrs labor.
Buy them for $900 Cash. I will ship if you pay the PayPal fees and the shipping with insurance. My guess is that these will be $980-1050 shipped depending on distance from Sacramento, CA.
