I have the 2012 pioneer, and was wondering if the sns required more hardware (besides navi). like speakers, microphone, etc..

or is it designed to work with the stock pioneer speakers?

 

It works with your stock speakers. According to the guys at Toyota you just plug it in and run the wire for the gps antenna and everything is good to go.

Awesome unit I am sure but I dont think people are looking to pay that much for something like this. I believe you can get an aftermarket unit to fit for hundreds less. Good luck with sell try ebay you might have better luck.
