I have the Racelands. LOVE EM! But I think they are the same.

i have rokkor and i like them they dont ride as bad as people make them and go decently low.

rokkor and racleand are built under the same company. so really it's all about what colors you want

Be sure to take into account how many miles are on a used set, and how low they were used. For the price(<$400), its worth it to buy a new set.
