yeah... I started demolition in May. I got the floor out, skylights in, wiring for fans, wall patching done, then my cabinet builder said "it's too hot to finish the cabinets I started for you a year and a half ago." I can't really get a new cabinet builder because he's my father-in-law and the oak cabinets are free, but... Now he's working on them again so I need to extend the soffit, texture walls, etc. so we're ready when he's done.
