I'm not sure how exactly the layout is being coordinated, but it would be a good idea to let the girls know whether to take vertically or horizontally oriented pictures. If you were to specify dimensions (e.g. 8" tall x 10" wide) that would help the photographers compose their shots, and would make it so you wouldn't have to crop out anyone's feet to make a picture fit into the final dimensions.

benilda, it was seeing your photos that made me think about how they might have to crop them to put into the calendar (most calendar pictures are wider than taller). You look great in them and to butcher them to fit a calendar would be a crime.

I'm not sure how involved you want the graphics to be, but I've had good experiences printing flyers from Psprint.com

They also make calendars, banners, etc... It's simple, and they have a pretty good online interface, you would just need to upload the graphics.
That is... If you haven't found a place to produce them yet ;)

Also I highly suggest some sort of standard for resolution should probably be set for entries, so there's some consistency of quality.

Keep in mind someone's going to have to put down a lot of money upfront unless you start taking preorders. But it'd probably be a good idea to post a sampling of the content before that so people would know what they're getting. ;)

I just got my pictures taken today - as soon as the photographer sends me the CD, I'll be emailing my pics.

One question - should the shots include the entire car (or most of it) showing that it is infact a Scion - or is this more focused on the girls themselves and the Scion is the second aspect? I got shots with both
