Props to MobileHID
Yeah I know it’s been said before but…..
I just wanted to give huge props to Clifford at MobileHID.com. Not only did he come out to meet me when he was sick, to deliver the HID kit, but when we found out it was the wrong kit he went out of his way and offered to help me install it when I bought the other kit.
The install was easy, it took about 30 minutes and you can’t even tell anything was installed, its an extremely stealth system for the xB-no pulling the bumper off or anything like that to hide ballast’s.
The difference? Amazing!!! Much more visibility than I expected, well worth the money.
Anyhow Clifford should be posting some pics here later this evening of the install.

Hey Chris,
Thanks for the kind words man. I try my best! Chris - where did you get the projectors again??
See the ballast? Wires? Nope.
Passenger side headlight. Hide the looming under the frame.
Driver's side headlight. See the ballast hanging under the fender??
Driver's side ballast - under the fender and away from the elements. Passenger ballast is mounted the same way.
How to hide your wires...
Projector housing with light output.

mooneyzs- just for the record, ShowTimeXB has a projector headlamp setup on their car with a dedicated 9006 bulb for the low beams.
for your car, if you do not have a projector headlamp, you will still have functional high and low beam lights as the H4 kits come with dual bulbs on the same H4 bulb base. a low beam HID bulb and a halogen high beam.
Chris - I've been thinking about the high beam HIDs for your car. When we do it, we'll probably want to wire them up to some other switch like a fog light switch or something so they will come on WHILE the low beams are on. if we hook them up to the normal high beam connector you'll have a 20 second period where the low beams go off and the high beams are just warming up. not too safe. just wanna give you the heads up - we'll work something out with it.
