My 07 scion tc. Some idiot hit me in his Chrysler sebring cause he failed to yield way to me on 7th ave near camelback. He got ticketed for that, and driving without a license. Anyway pics of the carnage... Just waiting for my money from his insurance, and hopefully some extra cash

haha thats a good way to put it. i slammed my breaks, ripped my ebrake...and tried to slide away from the collision. and instead of getting nailed on my right side i got nailed on my left with his wild hook.

yeah id rather go to the dealer than anywhere else. not to mention his insurance is covering most of my fees. and with the pain in my neck,n the bill is just gonna go higher.

 

thats the last thing i wanna think about. it being totaled, but i dunno if its totaled. im going first thing in the morning to see whats the status. maybe ill get a rental car, so i can go to work.

new news about my tc. estimated repairing costs is estimated at $11k +!!! The guy that hit me, his insurance is claiming to only pay $10k of it. What should I do? I think they're low balling me.

 

You may have to take his crappy insurance company to court. Or at least threaten to.

 

yeah thats what my friends have said. and bring up a list like: if you dont meet up to my price, ill have to take you to court, pay for my car rentals, pay for my medical bills, and pay for my work compensation, since i didnt go to work for 3-4 days.
