Sounds like fun -- But -- Please plan and consider everyone and anyone that might
attend. Not all drink, some have children, others might want to walk around town and
shop. There are some really good restaurants to eat at. Plan ahead and call and see
what places can accomodate 20 to 30 people for lunch. Do they take cash only or do
they accept credit cards. How soon do they need to know the number of guests, and
the latest it can be reserved. I'm not sure about the bbq thing - I don't think they
allow fires up by sliderock. -- Just some food for thought...........

On another note there was no Maybe in the voting poll -- So I vote maybe.

 

I think I may be going to Cali that weekend, but if not, I'm down.

 

Nice thinking, I agree about the drinking part. Lets make this a family like trip. I will see about some resturants and do some futhur investigation. I will hopefully get a couple of places so we can chose as a group. Cause not all of us like the same food, and some are vegitarians. I will diffently look deeper into this trip and make it fun for all and organized.

 

thanks for the input moonray! We try to make this a family event. I also agree on the drinking part. I've got kids and i'm planning on bringing them also. If everyone wants to go shopping instead of hanging out at slide rock that's cool. We're just wanting more input from everyone so we can plan this trip really good. Does anyone know of any good places to eat at? Let us know as we look into things!

I'm at 79th and Union Hills. I was just gonna go to deer valley shopping center to meet everyone from the eastside before we head up north. Chris is gonna make a location for the eastside meet spot before we all me up at deer valley!

 

hey this sounds like fun. I'm in. I live 5 minutes away from deer valley center so I'll just meet everyone there.
