what would take to make a chapther in pr?

yes i know but i been taking with other owner and they have told me if is posible to
bring another club to pr. remeber all of us can go to the meeting in scion evolution the day that they go.

Inform the day, time and directions...

post a message saying you will be there...

ask those interested to show up...

do it again the next week...

measure the interest...

go from there..

ps. always bring goodies for the attendees, new things often if you can
