Ok, I really want to get on a road course and see what the tc can do. I have found one in norther Illinois and one in mic (Gingerman raceway).

Would anyone that puts all these high performance parts want to actually use them???
I see that Gingerman has open track from 5:30pm to 8:30pm tues through thurs. Most all the weekends are booked already. The one in northern illinois does not look as popular but we could head over there as well (Blackhawk farms raceway).

Maybe SE can book one of thse tracks as an event for scioners next year? Ithink it would be fun as hell. Anyway, anyone interested? If so which track would you want to go to?

There one track that I have run:

It is a beautiful track. Elevation changes some mid turn, series of turns , hairpin and a great straightaway. It is in Michigan and of all the other roadracing tracks this one is the gem.

IMHO It is better than gingerman or blackhawk farms . I have run on these as well but grattan raceway is the best track. From a spectators viewpoint the track circles the pits. The pits are up on a hill so you can see the cars circle around you and you can watch the racing. Unlike other tracks where you see just one or 2 corners this one you cn see like 80% of the track and watch where cars gain and lose on each other.
