Default Post holiday event

Okay,

I had been asked to check on prices and availability for Chicago Indoor Racing. Raul asked me to check into it since I have been there many times. So I calle dand got soem available dates. I have the forms in my e-mail to fill out for the event. But it seems the S/E coordinator can't contact me to nail down the dates. We wouldn't be able to get in til the end of January anyway. But of course, noone can make any dates we pick anyway. So will the Coordnator of S/E contact me or will this event go down like most others as a flop?! If memory serves me, this was one topic that brought great concern. Communication. Oh yeah, the forms were also e-mailed to another member of S/E as well. Don't know the person though. Is this the kind of administration our regoinal car club wants? I would go, but would rather now just go with my friends. Doesn't require as much planning. I need feedback on this. We need to be vocal about what this "car club" is about. It won't survive if there is no participation. Anyone need reminder of what S/E is. Go to wwwscioneveolution.com and look at the events page again. They sure do have some fun on a regular basis. Is Chicago too good for regular fun and comradorie? It's getting disappointing.

i have the email from CIR and asked people if thats what they wanted to do for a holiday party and got no response. i tried having a party at my house, found out i had an option to go to duke to watch a game, made a vote so if people replied i would skip that and stay here to host the party and got 7people i believe to say yes 5 no and 1 didnt care.
i know im down to go and there are a few dates in january that are already taken, but towards the end of jan is when there WAS an opening.

hopefully more people will respond this time around to u cuz all i got was talking to myself in forums

Now I know who has the other e-mail. Response is weak with any events planned for Scions. I guess this event will not happen then. Those interested, PM me and I'll get a time for us to just hang out and drive. No PM's, no event or date. I'll leave it alone.
