Already did a BBB complaint and sent Channel 2 investigates an email. I made it very clear I don't care about the money, all I had an issue with was how he handled the situation. There is no reason a SERVICE MANAGER should treat a customer like that. If it was just some tech talking at random it would not be that big of a deal.

wow... sterling or champion for me...

i didnt even tell u what don mcgill did to me...
i installed my s/c.. towed it to don mcgill to have it reflashed(they said they had the tool) i get there they turn on my car.. i was like WTF!!! then they drove it to the back.. a week later they say to pick up my car cause they dont have the tool. and that im out of luck. also they say its ok to drive my car... so i careful drive it home(down teh street literally)...
... blew the piston rings cause it leaned out!
