Yep...this show is a bit different than the others. Always a good time. We will be there Friday afternoon for booth set up and a bit of food and fun.

This Texas Heat Wave should be renamed Texas Cool Wave since almost all of it is held indoors and it's pretty much the same scene from the year before. I wasn't impressed with it all the times I went there. Now the Austin event blows away the Corpus event. But it's still better than going to some cheap tittie bar I suppose.

You know...its one of those events that doesnt get much publicity, especially on HI. We always have a blast at the Corpus show. The downtown area is full of fun little bars to hop and our hotel has two so ya dont have to go anywhere. I met many folks from I think Champion Scion...I guess they are the local dealer. I was wondering if there were any modded new gen. vb;s around. I really didnt get a chance to walk around outside very much. I saw some cool xa's which I rather like compared with the new model. Same with the xb, the orig. is a much cleaner ride compared with the new gen.

yeah champion scion in corpus was the local dealer an set up our corpus christi chapter with team shirts. as well as feed us on both days... we only had 1 new gen box out there. but he was still riding stock but he did enter the audio competiton an took 3rd place. but i didnt see any new style xB's when i was driving around. or the new xD. but the ones scion had where nice. i loved that blue tC wit the rims.. damn makes me think about gettin a tc but i rather stick wit my box. i did see a few guys from houston-imports at the show tho. an a nice turn out with more imports than trucks.
