We would be able to park around the plaza which is centrally located so we would get a lot of spectators. We have to arrive around noon to get the reserved spaces. There are a lot of restuarants, stores and etc. Ladies can enjoy strolling to the different stores. I am working out the details with the Dir. of Marketing about possible giveaways and such. Sport City will participate and I have request from Scion of Dallas to help too, I have also asked if we could sell some tickets for the Fowler Scion giveaway, but don't know if that will be possible yet. This is a fairly new shopping district and unique to the metroplex, check out the web site. I am wanting some feed back as to who would want to come. This is one week after Houston's Expo 2006. This will be an opportunity to have fun, show off to the public and try some interesting restuarants.
One thing we can't do is blast our stereos, but I don't think that will be a problem. If anyone has suggestions let me know. I am trying to figure a way for the public to vote on the cars for trophies or prizes.

Well the date is set in stone now. Please remember I am not a dealership so look at this as a get together more than a dealership event. We do have dealership sponsership and I am working this out with them. Come have a good time, a good lunch at one of the many resturants and stroll the Town Center.
Do people care if we do best ofs or just do some prizes. I am hoping I can get the public to vote on our cars, but I don't know if they will. Any ideas welcome. Please attend!!

I just talked to the the Director of Marketing for Firewheel. I need as many as can to be there by 10AM. I know this is early but they want us in parking spaces as soon as we can. Anyone that can especially the ones from this area if you could be here around 9:30 would help me keep the spaces reserved. This mall fill up pretty quick around Noon when the stores and restuarants open. I am not doing best ofs but every car will get a ticket for the doorprizes. So far I have commitments from Sport City, Scion of Dallas, Scion of Lewisville and probably Fowler. I am also hoping the Center will contribute. The Director is working on that. Thanks hope to see everyone there.

Cool thanks everyone, for once we can strut our stuff in public, this place is usually packed from the time it opens til it closes on Sunday. As time goes on I will know more about what the mall will provide and what maybe the dealerships want to do. The restuarants rock at this place at least everyone I have tried so far.
