Alright I am back in town and full steam ahead on this project. I am also probably going to give away a TV and guess what I just might let the dealers in on this give away too since they are not connected to me nor me Scion. They just can't win their prizes..
Can I be a sticky now?

My company is going to give away a gently used retired Garland ISD, 25" television, which would be good for a bedroom, garage or kids. I am not going to do trophies, just drawings. Each car will get one ticket, not everyone in the car where one family wins several prizes, to give the guys that come alone an equal chance. Some dealerships are contributing and hopefully the Town Center too but no confirmation on that yet. Anyway come out and socialize, and check out the Town Center. There is a play area in the plaza, fountain with fish and also the kids stores are adjacent to one side of the plaza so kids can have fun too.

PM me if you need my cel number or directions.

I am SO looking forward to this show. Great location!!

I'll try to get Rodney to come too so we can have both the Green and Yellow Bs there.

The more cars the better.....lets make a good showing for everyone there.....

Lets see everyone there and fill the parking lot with lots of cars for everyone to see...

PIMP, thanks again for being a part of the Scion community and getting this planned....... oh, and welcome home.

not to argue with anyone or anything ,,, but I live so close to the mall I can hear the chimes go off when the tower clock rings,,,
but I don't think they'd care too much about a stereo playing loud - there has been concerts, fireworks shows, and all kind of stuff up there, if it's a planned event I wouldn't worry...

Someone asked about food - I dunno if you meant catering - but there's a TGI Fridays, potbelly, spring creek BBQ, outback, & olive garden down the street, what-kind-of-burger, wendys, etc.

There's a huge-mongous AMC movie theatre, CircuitCity, Barnes & noble, and a bunch of other shops & stores.

If I'm in town I'll be there for sure.

saylor we must be neighbors because I can see the Center from my kitchen window. We can play the stereos loud but we will be right next to an open cafe and people coming to the Plaza, if we are asked we have to turn the stereos down. We just can't cause a disturbance. You are right about the food there is a ton of choices. I want people to eat in the Center because I don't want anyone to drive off in their car during the event because we are parking in a busy area. In fact since you are close I am looking for a few volunteers to help hold off the parking spaces until everyone arrives. I need people to come around 9 to 9:15 to help. Mike and I will be there.
If everyone could please post up if you are coming so we can get an estimate of spaces needed. Thanks!

LOL @ above post. Classic.

As long as my work doesn't decide to ship me out somewhere between now and then, I should be able to be there @ 9AM also to help out with whatever you need help with

P.S. - oh ya - Frank - I live in Valley Creek North, if you go out the mall and straight across the big big field, the first houses you hit is my neighborhood.

Thanks saylor, the main objective is to keep shoppers out or our spaces until all the cars show up. I am sure you know where the plaza is and that is where we are parking. Hope to see you there.

If you have noticed a big section of bushes is missing just across Firewheel Parkway, that is my house. A drunk lady took them out a couple of weeks ago. Exactly the width of my driveway...talk about sucks, those bushes were almost 20 years old.
